Planning your perfect day should be nearly as exciting as the big day itself...

We employ a team of function co-ordinators at Green Leaves who will be your regular contact regarding the actual function day, wedding checklist, invoicing, telephone support, menu and final arrangements meeting.

 

The initial décor meeting with one of our professional function co-ordinators is a must and they will provide you with all the information about our regular service providers, décor ideas, candelabras and overlays. To assist you in planning your perfect wedding, these initial meetings are included in your venue hire cost. You are welcome to organize your own service providers from table settings and flower arrangements to cake specialists and photographers. Please note that our wedding coordinators will only be available during weekdays for décor and final arrangements meetings.

The following services are included with your wedding package

• Use of our stunning Bridal Suite for preparation before the wedding, and overnight stay for the bridal couple
• Use of the chapel and reception area
• All tables, chairs, standard white table linen, cutlery & crockery.
• Safe and secure parking for your guests
• Preparation and cleaning of the venue by our experienced staff
• The assistance of a Function Co-ordinator during your wedding reception
• No time limit on the venue
